70cl / 43% – A creamy spirit from Edinburgh’s Holyrood Distillery, Chevalier is one of the first releases in the Charmed Circle range of Strong Waters, a historic Scots name for spirits that were not being set aside to make whisky. Made with heritage Chevalier barley, this Strong Water combines new-make of this historic barley with neutral grain spirit, creating aromas of digestive biscuits, creamy and fresh butter that fill the nose and are echoed throughout the palate.
